Cobalt Holidays is a small family run business and we strive to deliver a professional and personal touch to your holidays. We use Haven as our park provider and as such we also have to adhere to their privacy policy.

Why do we collect personal data?

We collect personal data to allow us to process your holiday. This data is used to confirm your booking, take payment and register your holiday with Haven.

We collect your data in a variety of ways, these include online, on-site and over the phone. When interacting with us the data that we collect is kept secure. This data is used to improve your experience with us.

How we store your data.

We take every measure possible to ensure that your data stays secure. Any personal data that we hold is held securely behind a firewall on secure systems. When being accessed only the data that is required is available. We maintain and monitor logs for all our systems including but not limited to web server, database and firewall. The only data that we transfer out of Cobalt Holidays is your holiday registration when we pass this onto Haven.
