Before you leave.
Do I need to clean before I leave?
No, we do ask that you keep our holiday home tidy whilst you stay with us but our cleaning team will take care of setting the holiday home for the next customer.
Where do I leave the key?
Please ensure that you return the key to the key safe located outside the holiday home.
When you arrive
How do I access the holiday home?
We send you an email with information about what to do when you arrive. This will contain your unique access code for the key to the holiday home. It also contains directions on how to get to the holiday home when you arrive on-site.
What should I find when I arrive?
When you arrive you will find the holiday home clean and tidy with the beds made ready for your arrival.
Where can I park?
There is a single parking space located next to the holiday home. There is also a large car park located just across the road behind the holiday home where additional cars can be parked.
Bookings
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we currently take a deposit as part of your booking. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions.
Is linen included in my booking?
Yes, We include linen as standard with all bookings.
Do I get a Haven "Play Pass" with my booking?
No, currently we cannot provide a Play Pass as part of your booking. Once you have booked with us you can purchase a Play Pass directly from Haven.
When do I need to pay?
We currently require payment in advance of arrival. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
Can I cancel my booking?
Should you wish to cancel your booking with us then please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
